Our company a manufacturing company located in the south easthern part of the country requires the service of an experienced Admim Officer in their Enugu Office.

Location: Enugu

Job Description

Takes customers orders
Evaluate customers orders vis as vis the prices and amount lodged into company account
Carry out monthly sales recounciliation and send reports to chief finance officer in head office
Supervise the offloading of trucks in the branch and ensure the procedures are strictly followed
Carry out periodic stock count with the store keeper
Carry out external audit with the auditors
Ensure the office premises are kept clean
Employ merchandisers if vacancy exits
Keep proper record of staff employed in the branch
Keep track of attendance of staffs in the branch

Qualification

Bsc/ Hnd Economics, Statistics, Accountany, Business Administration
Must have finished mandatory NYSC progamme
