Job Position: Business Development Manger

Location: Chevron (Lagos Island)

Salary: N120,000.


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead a team of business development and sales professionals, identify business opportunities to pursue, and create business proposals to support their ideas.

• Procure new client relationships based on business development objectives determined by Senior Leadership

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities

• Develop and lead business development planning and submit monthly progress reports to leadership

• Maintains business development activities within the CRM database

• Assist with RFQ and RFP responses, proposals, and presentations

• Coordinate prequalification efforts with targeted clients

• Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to generate revenue


Qualifications & Requirements:

• HND/BSC in marketing or other related courses

• Minimum of 2-4years experience

• Good digital marketing skills

• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Excellent customer relations skills

• Proficiency in market analysis

• Knowledge of the RFP process, preferably in the construction industry

• Knowledge of fire safety would be an added advantage.

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites.

• Knowledge of Construction Contracts and ability to prepare proposals and presentations

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• The ability to communicate with multiple parties from Employees to Customer

• Strong understanding and expression of written and verbal English sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
