Job Summary

  • Revenue generation: To sell Technology Solutions and all other services/ product owned by Gricd to defined target markets – by acquiring new clients, prospecting, lead generation and qualifying.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of financial targets including revenue, market share and net margin contribution
  • Responsible for understanding and anticipating customer requirement, mapping competition and positioning Gricd services as the preferred service for the client.
  • Providing top of the line services through account management and ensure a higher revenue market share and customer satisfaction for each account.
  • Establishes appropriate relationships with company customers and leverages those relationships to win new business.
  • Ensure updated account plans are developed and updated for key accounts.
  • Work actively with the product development team in new product development
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reports are communicated to the executive head of dept.
  • Responsible for account retention and churn management
  • Process bids and ensure implementation and achievement of company sales plans.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Assist in organization of ¬†workshops, seminars, Exhibitions etc
  • Other duties assigned

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required

  • A degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7years post NYSC Experience in similar role.
  • Extensive Tech Sales experience is preferable.
  • Experienced in working in a highly pressured and multi-cultural environment, build trust in stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in the Cold Chain industry.
  • Prior experience in device technology sales, SaaS is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions
