LOCATION; Lagos Island


Responsible for setting and monitoring marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. Responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. Also constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.


– Develop growth, marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategies aimed at organizational gain and customer satisfaction.

-Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

-Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

-Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

-Accurately document and keep company’s records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

-Work efficiently to achieve our organization’s goals

-Promoting the company’s products/services using various marketing methods

-Prepare quota, proposal and sales contract, ensuring adherence to law- establish rules and guidelines.

-Researching and identifying new business opportunities (including new markets, trends, partnerships) or new ways of reaching existing markets

-Communicating new product/services developments to existing and prospective clients

-Overseeing the development of marketing strategies

Generating leads and monitoring cold calls to prospective clients

-Fostering and developing long-term relationships with clients

-Training members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate

-Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

-Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients

-Preparing status reports on marketing goals to the management




BSC in business administration, marketing or relevant fields

3 – 5 years experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager or a similar role

Proven sales track record

Proven experience or passion for B2B/Partnership businesses

Experience using MS Office and CRM softwares for customer/partnership engagement

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills

Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills

Strong attention to details

Excellent communication skills

Excellent time-management and planning skills

Experience in Medical Diagnostic industry is a plus
