Job Description – Business Development Officer
The company is a healthcare organization delivering innovative corporate healthcare services. We have various projects and business units.
Manage programs to continuously understand and address service needs while applying the latest evidence contextualized international standards for service and business excellence.
Manage business and productivity operations, scale and quality improvement excellence and customer/member engagement.
Support management of critical product and service lines including iteration on the strategy with full ownership of the execution model, oversight and achievement of the business results including partnerships.
Leading the development of strategic building planning across all services.
Continuously develop and manage research to position the company strategically.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our brand.
Lead business development efforts and co-lead proposal development process when needed. Showcase our services with clients and partners.
Leverage digital tools and ensure full adoption of expectations.
Actively analyse service outcomes and business analytics to advise organizational priorities and decision-making pertaining to business development, and revenue growth
Interface with external experts as needed for respective products and projects.
Test different models for member engagement and experience.
Oversee content on digital and social media in line with the objectives of the company.
Ensure the provision of topnotch services that will drive member engagement and high retention.
Track progress and monitoring of the implementation and rollout of new processes, workflows, programs, and projects.
Contribute to a data-driven culture of real-time learning, feedback, and rapid iteration.
Develop and manage digital dashboards to track and manage business development, partnership success, operational excellence, quality performance, client engagement and experience and financial activities/achievements, predict our success as well as manage our members.
Actively network with the purpose of significantly achieving the company’s business objectives.
Deliver and surpass performance expectations.
Background/Experience in the Healthcare industry
University Graduate. (Other tertiary qualifications may be considered)
Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare business and project management preferred.
A keen interest and openness to working with technology is critical.
Proficient use of Excel and Microsoft word is essential.
Intellectually curious with continuous self-development.
Exceptional content development skills.
Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to conceptualize and execute on tight timelines, and juggle competing priorities.
Comfort in working with in a startup environment.
