We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help expand our clientele.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION
– builds markets position by locating ,developing,defining,negotiating and closing bussiness relationship.
– identify and develop bussiness opportunities for the services
– promotes the company’s product/services addressing or predicting client objectives
– develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
– develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
HND, Bachelor’s degree in -bussiness management/sales or other relevant skills
-minimum of 2 years of bussiness development/sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
-market research experience and knowledge
-proven ability to work independently and meets targets
– A pro active self starter who can operate as individual and as part of a team
– superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
– strong client relationship management skills
