Level – Junior
1. Preparation of assigned clients’ invoices/payrolls upon receipt of necessary inputs from respective HR Business Partners.
2. Resolve all post salary payment issues as may be escalated. Operations Unit within appropriate time frame.
3. Preparation of salary structures as may be requested by any department.
4. Computation of appropriate PAYE, Pension and processing of NSITF, ITF, Group Life and any other statutory deductions in compliance with Federal and State Regulations.
5. Preparation of Exit Computations in line with the terms and conditions in the offer of employment.
6. Compute Leave Allowance payments after verifying the amount due as stated in the salary structure.
7. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
1. BSC/HND in Accounting
2. Significant level of MS Excel Prowess.
3. Interest in building a career in Human Resources
Salary – N100,000 – N120,000 + Benefits
