Do you reside on the Island (Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, Ibeju, Lakowe, etc) and have the basic attributes to work as a Contact Centre Agent in a leading commercial bank in Lagos.


Take home is N75,000 monthly with other benefits.


Job Responsibilities:


• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.


Job Requirements:


• BSc. in any discipline.

• Must not be more than 28 years old as at date.

• Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in local languages (Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba)

• Must be resident within Island Environ and can work in Ajah Branch.
