Jobsgate is an HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm with a mission to provide bespoke HR services to companies of all sizes. We are currently recruiting for young and smart individuals for one of our clients in the aviation industry. See the Job description and Person Specification below.

Job description
A) Coordinating ground operations under the supervision of the Operations Manager
B) Welcome and Check-in guests. The roles of the check-in officers will include but not limited to:
I. Identify and receive guests.
II. Weigh and document guest’s body weight & luggage.
III. Ensure luggage are properly screened and tagged.
IV. Attend to guests needs prior to boarding.
V. Notify guests of flight time, flight changes or delays via Public Address system.
VI. Assist guests with the use of the Vetifly app.
VII. Coordinate with operations team for guest’s pick-up and drop off.
C) Provide technical support to the Air operator’s ground team
D) Work closely with team members to provide outstanding, exquisite services to our customers, by answering questions, handling complaints, hence, ensuring customer delight, making them raving fans of Vetifly.
E) Work in harmony with other team members adhering to Company’s policies and standards of operations. T) Provide updates feedback to the Operations Manager
F) Prepare costing to meet clients travel demands

Requirement:
Graduate of any discipline
2 to 3 years post graduate experience
experience in the aviation industry is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken english
Proximity to Lekki axis
