County Cargo is a freight forwarding company. We transport goods from the United Kingdom and United States of America to Nigeria and back fast and safe. We are urgently recruiting for this position below

Job Role: Customer Service Representative

Job Description
• Communicate with clients through various channels, both physical and online
• Process orders and requests from clients
• Pick up and sort clients’ packages and send them to their various addresses
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads for the company
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least an OND
• Must be a highly motivated and target driven individual
• Candidates must have at one year work experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
