Our client is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: E-Business Customer Service Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Respond to customer Online and Mobile Applications enquiries or service malfunctions
Assist customers with web/app selection, answers basic questions, and suggests alternative to support client transactions
Document customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Works closely will the app ICT unit to ensure they are updated with all the required information
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc qualification
1 – 3 years of work experience.
