The E-commerce Executive will manage all customer related orders, inquiries, returns and claims, along with sales. The candidate will be responsible to create an exceptional brand experience for our customers
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries
Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking.
Ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders.
Process and track customer returns and claims.
Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Engage with our online customers and go the extra mile to build trust and community
Identify and portray brand voice in all interactions with customers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Previous work experience as an E-commerce Executive
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Experience in startup ecommerce environment is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and work within a fast paced environment
High level of professionalism
Strong problem solving abilities
