Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company in Nigeria and is in need of an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support for the Managing Director.
Responsibilities will include;
•Acting as first point of contact, dealing with correspondents and phone calls, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests.
•Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Managing Director.
•Managing travel itinerary & arrangements for the Managing Director
•Report writing, presentations, preparation of sales & order list
•Managing the data base and filing system of the MD’s office
•Reminding the Managing Director of important meetings, tasks and deadlines.
•Implementing and maintaining procedures & administrative processes for the MD.
•Take minutes during meetings
•All other miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director.
Requirements
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
Age Range – 25 to 30 years
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Good customer service skill.
Discretion and confidentiality
Certification is a plus
