A corper is needed for the position of Front Desk/ Admin Officer.
• He/she shall be responsible for performing professional clerical and administrative tasks.
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Maintain and update Vendor databases
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Prepare purchase requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Communication skills: Good written and verbal skills required.
• Preferably a coper
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Wiliness to learn
• Computer knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
