JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos

A leading company located in Lagos-Nigeria requires the service of a Front Desk Officer.
The successful candidate will support/be responsible for successful delivery, development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of projects relating to:
■Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office
■Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
■Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) in place
■Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
■Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
■Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
■Ordering front office supplies and keeping an inventory of stock
■Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
■Arranging travel and accommodations and preparing vouchers
■Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
■Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
■Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
■Minimum of 2 years work experience as a front desk officer
■Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
■Excellent time management skills.
■Proximity to lekki is an added advantage
■Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
■Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
■Able to contribute positively as part of a team helping out with various tasks as required
