Head of Administration and Facilities Management

There is a vacancy for the Head of Administration and Facilities Management in an Investment company in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The individual will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the office building and other company properties. He/She will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. The individual will also ensure the effective functioning of the office by providing an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

The ideal candidate is required to possess 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate, Project management or Facility Management, must be well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices and possess in-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
