Job Title: Head of Sales and Commercial
Report: Deputy Managing Director

This job is responsible for facilitating profitable company growth by identifying, developing, and executing commercial strategies that lead to sustainable increase in customers, channels, markets, and revenue across our client’s retail stores, e-commerce channel, B2B and B2C RTM, brands and communications teams:
• Strategic Leadership
• Revenue Generation & Sales Management
• Drive strategic alliance initiatives for business growth
• New market generation
• Customer experience and client service management

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma, HND / Bachelor’s Degree, B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other relevant
• An MBA or master’s degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 – 12 years’ experience across retail, sales and marketing with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Salary range: N550,000 – N650,000 net depending on the experience (Benefits: HMO, annual leave allowance, yearly rent subsidy of N750,000, status car, profit sharing)
