Job Position: HR & Administration Manager


Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 net


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Carry out day to day administrative functions alongside HR functions.

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

• Oversee all staff engagement for the company and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

• Proper staff management and employee engagement activities

• Ensure good interpersonal relationships between staff members

• Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met.

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the HR operations & People management

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any relevant field

• Ideal candidates should be resident in LAFIA, NASARAWA or its environs

• Ideal candidate MUST be Honest and Accountable.

• Strong Interpersonal, Organizational and People skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to speak and understand local language (Hausa) is an added advantage

• Good Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management

• Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.

• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
