HR Generalist

•Maintain an up to date database of all employees
•Manage Clients’ audit enquiry, query, and periodic assessment
•Plan and conduct employees’ orientation and induction programme
•Manage training plans and prepare training report for clients
•Manage performance Appraisal system for staff
•Attend to all employees enquires, calls, mails on loans, vacations, offer letters,
•Manage employees’ relations bothering on recruitment, compensation, disciplinary action
•Payroll Management
•Prepare and submit accurate operations and headcount reports monthly to manager
•A Bachelors’ Degree in a numerate discipline from a reputable organization
•An MBA would be an added advantage
•3-5 years HR Generalist experience *preferably in a reputable outsourcing company*
•Possess good planning and organisational skills
•Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
•Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
•Attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity are a priority
•Multi-tasking ability is a must have
