Job Description

 

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will manage the Business of HR, HR Operations and Recruitment activities for the company and its clients.

 

The prospective candidate should be able to build a team that would effectively deliver on their Job description and satisfy the needs of the clients.

 

•The best candidate would be one with HR Recruitment & Outsourcing experience.

 

 

Responsibilities

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

 

Source and Manage HR Business Partnership

 

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

 

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc

 

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

 

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule

 

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

 

Create and implement effective onboarding plans

 

Develop training and development programs

 

Assist in performance management processes

 

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

 

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

 

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

 

 

Qualifications

B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field (MSc will be an added advantage)

 

3 – 5 years work experience.

 

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist, HR Manager or HR Generalist.

 

Understanding of the Business of HR, HR Operations and HR Processes.

 

Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Good problem-solving abilities.

 

Team management skills.
