Job Title: Logistics Officer
Reports to: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos Ikeja

We are a logistics company with core competence in courier delivery service, haulage, supply chain management, air cargo services. we are seeking to hire a Logistics officer to provide support to the operations department by managing daily logistics tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s logistics.
Carry out packing, crating, warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment
Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all shipments
Ensure shipments are appropriately stored
Program the final inventory of goods prior to shipment
Keep accurate shipment data
Receive both inbound and outbound shipment
Record exceptions shipments
Maintain an error free operation
Keep record of all bags and shipments
Monitor inbounds shipments from all locations and ensure all bags have security seal belt.
Document all inbound bags with their seal belt in security register.
Reconcile every mail/shipment to the manifest from each originating station
Escalate any mail or shipment not traced to the manifest immediately on debagging.
Minimum of OND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply chain or other related field
Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Ability to efficiently and rapidly store and retrieve information using filing and tracking systems
Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and logistics software
Ability to work in a team
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under flexible schedule.
Salary is 60,000 – 70,000
