Job brief:

We are a logistics company with core competence in courier delivery service, haulage, supply chain management, air cargo services. we are seeking to hire a Logistics officer to provide support to the operations department by managing daily logistics tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s logistics.



 Carry out packing, crating, warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment

 Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all shipments

 Ensure shipments are appropriately stored

 Program the final inventory of goods prior to shipment

 Keep accurate shipment data

 Receive both inbound and outbound shipment

 Record exceptions shipments

 Maintain an error free operation

 Keep record of all bags and shipments

 Monitor inbounds shipments from all locations and ensure all bags have security seal belt.

 Document all inbound bags with their seal belt in security register.

 Reconcile every mail/shipment to the manifest from each originating station

 Escalate any mail or shipment not traced to the manifest immediately on debagging.



 Minimum of OND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply chain or other related field

 Experience in logistics or supply chain management.

 Ability to efficiently and rapidly store and retrieve information using filing and tracking systems

 Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and logistics software

 Ability to work in a team

 Excellent organizational skills

 Ability to work under flexible schedule.

 Salary is 60,000 – 70,000
