1. Develop concepts, plans, processes, and strategies for the realization of organization’s vi-sion.
2. Revenue growth management for the organization to deliver sales targets.
3. Prepare and execute a working revenue target for the organization.
4. Design and operate an efficient marketing and sales system, process, and structure for the organization.
5. Customer acquisition by identifying and closing sales opportunities, and customer re-tention and sales growth through relationship management.
6. Develop relationships with various potential customers to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
7. Deliver daily, weekly, monthly sales pipeline, earn revenue & other requisite KPIs.
8. Analyze competitor information and provide market intelligence reports.
9. Develop, prepare and submit sales proposals to various prospects and customers to drive sales process.
10. Develop new markets through strategic marketing and sales.
11. Organizing product awareness programs.
12. Facilitate strategic partnerships and coordinate with all relevant key stakeholders for the growth, sustainability, and achievement of targets of the organization .
13. Follow all company policies, protocols, and code of conduct always and ensure proper care of company assets.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction always through checks on quality control of products and also feedbacks from customers are processed and presented to management with action plans.
15. Provision of expert sales and marketing input into the decision-making process for or-ganizational growth.
16. And any other assigned tasks/duties by the CEO.
