Role: Offline Support Analyst

 

Industry: E-commerce

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Regularly confirm and activate payments for premium services;

 

-Resolve basic technical issues which offline managers or users experience while using the application or platform;

 

-Respond to offline managers requests via the support groups/channels;

 

-Train offline managers on the knowledge of premium services and CRM usage;

 

-Give daily report on activities carried out;

 

-Investigate client and offline manager complaints and non-conformance issues and proffer solution where necessary;

 

-Provide a training guide in solving some issues encountered by Agents and Users.

 

-Will be required to carry out primary duties on weekends

 

Requirements:

A degree in relevant discipline

At least one year experience in a customer service/ telesales role

Must be tech savy

Must be available to resume immediately

Not more than 26 years

Deadline: 28/04/2022

Must reside in Lagos Mainland preferably
