Strong communication of the weekly operational plan to heads of departments
Prompt maintenance of all hotel Room facilities and building
Reviewing employee behavior, grooming, and performance
Motivating team members and ensuring good productivity across all departments
Inspecting all room amenities before daily check-in and monitoring online reviews/complains
Works closely with heads of departments and General managers to ensure the highest standard of operations
A highly organized, productive Nigerian male is preferred for gender balance.
The candidate must be very disciplined and self-motivated with 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
