General Responsibilities
Ensure people policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations for all staff
Advise leadership on strategic organizational design and staff needs, identifying trends across the business groups and proactively propose and lead programs to address these trends; coach staff at all levels within the organization in behavioral, cultural, and performance issues;
Ensure staff life cycle processes of recruiting, contracting, on/off-boarding, development and performance management, staff relations, timekeeping, and payroll are executed accurately and effectively.

3-5 years working in similar role
Compensation:300-400k
