A client of ours is seeking to employ a personal assistant. This client is female high net worth individual and with a very busy schedule. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different schedules.
1. Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director [Female] and internal/external clients
2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
5. Make travel arrangements
6. Take dictation and minutes
7. Source office supplies
8. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
9. Devise and maintain office filing system
10. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
11. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
12. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
13. Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
14. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
15. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
16. Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
17. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
18. Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
19. Observing best business practices and etiquette.
20. Overseeing Staff activities in the private home of the MD.

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree
N 120, 000 – 150, 000 per month
