Job Title: Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager
Location: Victoria Island
Salary: Between NGN 150, 000 – NGN 180, 000 (depending on experience)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar field with a proven portfolio/work experience as a social media manager
Industry: Security Services
Education: A degree in Marketing/Digital marketing or any other business related field
Other requirements:
1) Assist the MD with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
2) Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
3) Generate, edit, publish and share engaging contents daily (e.g. text, images, videos)
4) Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
5) Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
6) Have advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint and at least an intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8) Organized and able to multitask
10) Between the ages of 30 – 40 years
11) Must live within VI AND Lekki environs
