SALARY: N180,000 – N200,000


• Perform requirement gathering, and/or TSS as applicable.
• Receive RFQ / RFP / Bid from sales or business team.
• Evaluate and propose a technical solution / response / quotation.
• Prepare technical proposal write up including solution write-up, solution design diagram, design justification, implementation plan & methodology etc.
• Sends approved technical solution and/or quotation to sales team.
• Support the sales team in presenting/defending the proposal with the customer.
• Provide clarifications that may be required by the customer from time to time.
• Prepare report of all presale activities carried our weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Provide infrastructure management and support function such as Network hub/base station management, Fault / Incident management, Performance monitoring, Configuration management, Security management, Data logging and report, Problem Management and Capacity Management.
• Deploy/Manage all hardware/network project.
• Provide hardware/network technical assistance to staff.
•Monitor the office hardware/network for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating as required.
• Regular maintenance of the office hardware/network infrastructures – Proactive & Preventive.
• Supervise/manage hardware/network contractors working on assigned project.
• Verify and validate hardware/network assignment performed by third party for the company and company’s clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bsc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics or similar fields
• 2-3 years Experience as a Pre-Sales Executive.
• Having a technical background will be an added advantage
• Certification in CCNA, CCNP, other relevant IT certification.
