Job Title: Production Manager / Quality Control Officer
ABOUT ROLE
The Production Manager and Quality Control is responsible for planning production schedules and ensuring the production processes are carried out within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
1.Supervise store operations
2.send inventory to stockist monthly an weekly
3.Daily collate production supplies for purchase
4.Daily supervise the pattern sample made
5.Daily quality control of the process and finished garments
6.Daily fill out workshop logbook
7.create weekly task for tailor logbook
8.create weekly task list for tailors
9.Daily manage production time and plan production tasks ahead
10.collate weekly payments for tailors
11.Daily sketch designs in sketch book
12.weekly keep inventory of suppliers and recorder stock when low
13.monthly create a schedule for workshop and maintenance
14. responsible for bridal/bridesmaids
*Must have a minimum of 2 years documented experience as a quality control officer with a fashion house*
