Job Summary
Sales Executives is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing and overseeing company’s overall sales strategy. The prospective candidate is also responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Source for sales opportunity and ensure revenue generation
• Drive Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue for the branch
• Build and maintain relationships with new clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2years sales experience in service orientated IT electronic security /alternative energy
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and passionate about sales
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Job Summary
A Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting new client, developing strategies for exploring market to source for new business and drive revenue for the branch. She/he will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the branch and managing other staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing commercial business to meet sales targets for the Manned Guarding line of business
• Developing relationship that will allow the introduction of the other lines of business within the company
• Makes initial and follow-up calls to prospective clients for the purpose of scheduling sales appointments
• Identifying industries, and new markets to introduce Value Added Security solutions
• Promote the entire line of security solutions provided by Lasotech
• Analyzes the requirements of formal RFPs and works cooperatively with the Bid Management Team to construct RFP responses
• Develops the proposal in coordination with the Operations Team
• Makes presentations to potential client decision makers, either individually or co-ordinates a team of specialists to assist in the presentation
• Attends self-generated sales appointments, educating potential customers on the company products and solutions
• Maintains database of prospective client, opportunities, recording contact history and future activities in the customers CRM solution
• Position is associated with highly personal client information and extreme confidentiality must be practiced
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 5years experience as business development professional in a similar industry
• Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of our operations
• Extensive experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales and business development initiatives in a service orientated IT electronic security /alternative energy outfit

• Demonstrated experience developing security solutions with strategic and financial impact
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenues in a designated territory
• Working knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of the marketplace
• Demonstrate effective client relationship management
• Exceptional verbal communication, written, and presentation skills
• Teamwork & Innovation: ability to work effectively with employee groups and building partnerships at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
