Our client, a microfinance institution looking to go into the FINTECH industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

 

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Requirements

The candidate should possess the following:

 

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree

 

5+ years of building scalable & high audience engagement/retention-based consumer-facing products in emerging markets;

 

Prior experience building mobile-first Neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance);

 

Prior experience working on AI projects and should possess AI skills including

 

Knowledge in Programming languages (python, R, java)

 

Linear algebra and statistics

 

Signal processing techniques

 

Neural network architectures

 

Prior experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment, alongside all levels of stakeholders;

 

Prior experience in building & scaling own consumer start-up which had a successful exit;

 

Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills;

 

Creative problem solver mindset with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel;

 

Solid track record of achievement (academic, professional, and/or sport);

 

Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to get hands dirty at all times;

 

Hungry to stay up to date with regards to latest developments in the Nigerian FinTech and regulatory landscape;

 

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

 

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
