*URGENT RECRUITMENT for SERVICE ASSURANCE OFFICER*
Our client, a provider of Information security services and solutions, is urgently seeking to employ the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for ensuring customer experience & outcomes are top-notch and achieved.
*Location: Lagos, Nigeria*
*The Profile*
• First degree in Computer Science, Social Science or any related field. (M.Sc. is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years experience handling the Service Assurance, Customer Experience/Service, Relationship Management functions of a reputable service-oriented company.
• Prior experience working with a company in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record handling all daily service management or performance issues for customers and ensuring the company’s services meet the customers’ goals.
• Prior experience assisting with complex customer escalations to bring fair/final resolution.
• Must possess good stakeholder & relationship management skills in order to meet or possibly exceed customer expectation thus enhancing their experiences.
• Demonstrated ability developing, implementing, and managing SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of service to agreed levels
