Telesales Analyst

ROLE: Telesales Analyst



· Source new sales opportunities in existing companies through outbound lead follow-up and emails.

· Influence customers to list their jobs on our platform, buy & retain the company’s services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

· Capture complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

· Team with In-House partners (Sales Fulfillment team, sales, Customer Service, Banner Ad, Career Services) to build pipeline and close deals.


· 1-4 years of work experience

· HND or BSC in a business-related discipline

· Proven working experience in telesales preferably B2B sales & account management

· Excellent use of MS office packages

· Very strong in oral and written communication in English

· An energetic attitude

· Good listening & communication skills
